Winter Awakening: students focus on prayer

February 11, 2016

Each year NNU's Office of Spiritual Formation plans Winter Awakening, a three-day chapel emphasis aimed to rejuvenate the spiritual life of the entire campus. Travis Whittaker—lead pastor of Mile City Church, a new church plant in Livonia, Michigan—provided the sermons and focused his messages on the Lord’s Prayer.


The Encounter Movement

There are many active, church-led services and ministry opportunities available to NNU students close to campus. The Encounter Movement, formed by Eagle Nazarene Church, is one such service led by NNU students and alums who are anxious to put their faith and education to work as transformative agents in the world.
